You can check the status of your devices in two ways:
- From your computer by logging into nicequest.com > Profile > Premium. Check the status to find out whether data is being sent.
- From the Nicequest app on your mobile device, in the "Active devices" section. The colour of the dots (green or red) will show you the status of each device.
If it is red, go into the settings of your devices. Remember it may take 24 - 48 hours from when you set up a device until it turns green.
