You can check the status of Nicestats on your devices, logging into the website or on the Nicequest app, and accessing the Premium section. To have a general overview of the status of Nicestats on all of your devices, visit our website.
If your device appears as “active” it means it is sending data correctly. If it appears as “in process”, it means that it is in the process of validation and, within a maximum of 24 hours, it will appear as “active”.
If it appears as “inactive”, it means that you didn’t use the device for over a week or that Nicestats was not configured correctly.
