I'm not sending Premium data?

You'll receive a Nicequest notice whenever we stop receive browsing data from one of your devices for several days, so that you can review the program on your device and make sure that it's still working.

Please remember the following points:

  1. Don't worry if you're on holiday or if you haven't used this device for several days. We won't deactivate this device from Premium unless you haven't sent browsing data from it for more than one month.
  2. If you have been using the device but received the email anyway, log into nicequest.com with your email address and password, go to > Profile > Premium and check the status of your devices. By clicking on "Manage devices", you can reactivate the program. It will be reactivated within 24 - 48 hours and you'll be able to check this on your page.
  3. If you completed any survey during the time that we weren't receiving data from your device, we won't be able to add the Premium Shells for these surveys. The aim of the Premium program is to measure the audience for websites, so to remain active you need to browse the internet regularly with your devices.
