How can I configure Nicestats?

Only if you were invited to become a Premium member, and you accepted our invitation, you will be able to configure Nicestats on all of the devices you usually use (PC, telephone and tablet). Remember that you will be awarded extra Shells for each device that you Nicestats active on.

To configure Nicestats, follow the steps below depending on the device:

PC (Available for Mac and Windows):

  1. Log into nicequest.com, enter your account and access the Premium section.
  2. In the PC section, click on “Install” and follow the steps to configure Nicestats.
  3. Once the configuration is finalised, in the PC section, within your Premium section, you will see the status “validation in 24h” of your device. If you configured Nicestats correctly, it will appear as “active” within 24 hours.

Note: From the Premium section of the website, you will be able to have a general view of all of your devices with Nicestats active.

 IOs Smartphone and tablet:

  1. Download the Nicequest app and log in.
  2. Access the Premium section (it will only appear if you accepted becoming Premium).
  3. Configure Nicestats following all of the indicated steps (configuration with mobile data and wifi) for its correct working.
  4. Once you finalised the configuration, you will see in your Premium section that the status of your device changes to “in process”. If you configured Nicestats correctly, it will appear as “active” within 24 hours.

Note: You can return to the configuration screen from the Premium section. We recommend you configure all of the WiFi networks you usually use in order to be able to keep Nicestats active all the time.

 Android Smartphone y tablet:

  1. Download the Nicequest app and log in.
  2. Access the Premium section (it will only appear if you accepted becoming Premium). 
  3. Configure Nicestats following all of the indicated steps (configuration with mobile data and wifi) for its correct working.
  4. Once you finalised the configuration, you will see in your Premium section that the status of your device changes to “in process”. If you configured Nicestats correctly, it will appear as “active” within 24 hours.

Note: When you start the configuration of Nicestats, a notification will appear that will tell you whether it is working correctly and if there are any pending configurations. From the notification you can access the configuration of Nicestats at any time or you can also access from the Premium section.

Some Android devices need additional configurations so that Nicestats works correctly and remains “active”. If we detect that your telephone and/or tablet require it, we will ask you to activate the Auto-start function and/or the Background activity.

Devices that require the activation of Background activity: Xiaomi / Meizu / Huawei (versions prior to Android 7) / Lenovo (models A6020, PB2-650Y, A1000, A369i).

Devices that require the activation of “Autostart”: Xiaomi / Oppo / Vivo / Meizu / Lenovo.
