I don't receive emails

If you don't receive Nicequest emails, please check the following points:

  1. Remember that we don't send out many emails because we don't want to bother our respondents. You'll receive roughly 1 - 3 surveys each month. So, if you received a survey in the last few weeks, everything is fine. You'll receive new surveys soon :)
  2. Check your spam or junk mail folder. If you find our emails in there, select them and mark them as "not junk". That way, you'll ensure that you receive these emails in your inbox in future.
  3. If you use Gmail, check under the different tabs in your inbox: our emails might show up under the Notifications or Promotionstabs. If so, we recommend that you move these emails into your main inbox to keep receiving them there in future.
  4. If you've ever selected the "I no longer wish to receive emails from Nicequest" link in one of our emails, please look for the last invitation that we sent you, and click on that link again (it's located at the bottom, where it says "If you no longer wish to receive emails from Nicequest, click here"). This will take you to a page where you can confirm you'd like to keep receiving emails from us.
