When entering your account details, if you see the message "Incorrect email and/or password", please check that you are the entering in the respective details correctly.
To obtain a new password, please go to nicequest.com and click on Log In (upper right corner) > Forgot your password?
A link will be sent to your email and it will direct you to a page where you may enter a new one.
Please keep in mind:
1. The link can only be used once
2. It will expire in 24hrs
If you don't receive the email, check your spam box, or if you use Gmail, review the different tabs within it (ie. Social, Promotion, etc.).
